A Q EXPORT organized a monthly Prize-giving ceremony for outstanding performance, achievements, or contributions by employees or teams. We give different types of inspiring gifts. End of the year we calculate individual and team performance and select the best one. We arrange a program and give them or the team an award for their best cooperation.
